IT Support Specialist
As an IT Support Specialist, you are the first point of contact for our customers. You ensure they receive prompt and accurate assistance with any questions or technical challenges within our platform.
You are solution-oriented, communicate clearly, and work closely with colleagues to resolve every case successfully.

Responsibilities

- First-line support via telephone and email.

- Registering, analyzing, and resolving technical queries and software issues.

- Providing second-line support for more complex issues.

- Collaborating with sales support, integration support, and the development team.

- Drafting and maintaining user manuals.

- Contributing to our internal knowledge base and documentation of common issues.
Requirements

- You have knowledge of or an affinity for IT and software.

- You communicate fluently in Dutch, English, and French.

- You are customer-oriented, patient, and possess strong communication skills.

- You work in a structured manner and have a problem-solving mindset.

- Experience in a support role is an advantage, but not a requirement.
