Any questions?

Our most frequently used documents are the e-CMR (both international and national) and DIGID. Soon, we will add Annex VII and the Commercial Document. Additionally, we have other documents available, such as the removal consignment note. Please feel free to contact us to see if we can assist you further.

Yes. eWastra is mobile-friendly and works on both Android and Apple smartphones and tablets, convenient for drivers on the road.

We provide close support. A new digital platform can take some getting used to at first, which is why you’ll have the opportunity to participate in our digital training upon startup. Our trainer will explain the entire process step by step. Additionally, we have online user manuals that you can consult free of charge.

Proposal signed? Welcome to Pionira! Our back-office team will then do everything possible to get you started within 48 hours. For integrations, we anticipate a longer lead time, depending on the type of integration.

Viewing, managing, and signing digital documents is completely free. The party creating the document needs a paid subscription.
